Last year I did some location recording work on a series of four short films exploring what life is like living with idopathic pulmonary fibrosis. I was working for the Horizon Collective who were commissioned to create the film under the direction of Bonny John. The films were a collaboration between researchers at the University of Birmingham, the HeARTh Centre and based on interviews with patients living with IPF. Each film is based around a monologue recorded in different locations and I also recorded location sound of the action and ambiences on set.

The films have now been released and will be used within the health and education sector and also inform and support those living with or connected to people with IPF.
