I have been commissioned to compose the music score for Cali Danza’s new dance theatre piece ‘Donas’. Based in Lugo (Galicia, Spain), Cali is a women’s dance company run by Alba Felpete Facal and ‘Donas’ is their first major work.  Cali conceptualize their work as ‘conscious dance’ and explore the internal processes that people experience. They are inspired by female figures and less common representations of feminitity. The female as powerful and beautiful.

We’ll be creating this new work over the next six months and ‘Donas’ will premiere in Decmeber 2023 at MIHL – Museo Interactivo del Museo de Lugo .
